Halloween Spooktacular

Get set for this entertaining family concert featuring thrilling, popular, and spooky symphonic Halloween favourites. Bring the kids or grandkids in their scariest costume or come dressed as you are to enjoy this chilling event. There will be spot prizes for best dressed on the day! 

Our Halloween concert will feature an array of eerie, mysterious, and spine-tingling works: Mussorgsky’s justly famous Night on Bald Mountain; Rachmaninoff’s haunting tone poem, The Isle of the Dead; and Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor, as arranged by the legendary Leopold Stokowski – plus music from Phantom of the Opera

Tickets for this concert go on sale on Friday 19 June and will be available as follows:

Special 2020 Concert Series Subscriber Discount: All 2020 Concert Series subscribers will be eligible for a 10% discount off the Halloween Spooktacular Concert. We will send all concert series subscribers a promotion code which you can then use when making your Halloween Spooktacular booking. 

Competition for two complimentary tickets to the DSO’s Halloween Spooktacular: 2020 concert series subscribers who have sent in their bookings by Monday 17 February will go into the draw for two complimentary tickets to the Halloween Spooktacular concert on 31 October. 

Please note that Halloween Spooktacular tickets will not be available from the DSO office.
